BP Explorer

The Business Partner Explorer is designed to enable partners registered to Cofinity-X network to share their site and address information. Sharing this information is key to unlock the full potential of many use cases within the supply chain (e.g. Demand & Capacity Management, Product Carbon Footprint, Traceability, Supply Chain Mapping, etc.)

The Business Partner Explorer is an added value to customers in many ways:
> Swarm intelligence: self-organized data pool where data are shared by the partners themselves
> High data quality: single source of truth as data are uploaded directly by the data owners and curated & enriched by Cofinity
> Data sharing efficiency: reduced customer’s effort to maintain site and address data
> Secure data exchange: data are shared on a secure environment accessible only by participants of Cofinity-X network

By subscribing to this service, customers are enabled to consume legal entity (BPNL), site (BPNS) & address (BPNA) data from other partners registered to Cofinity-X network

However, NO full access to the Golden Record data pool is granted

The key components for the utilization of Business Partner Explorer (Eclipse DataSpace Connector and technical user role) are provisioned by Cofinity-X upon service subscription

Each registered partner can upload site data of their own entities directly on the Cofinity-X Portal under the “Your company” page accessible via the user menu

Customers are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the provided data
