What I enjoy most about working at Cofinity-X is my colleagues. We’re a diverse group, both in terms of personality and background. You should join Cofinity-X if you’re passionate about new technologies and, most importantly, if you’re ready to take on responsibility.

The benefit of working here is that you get to meet people from all over the world, and at Cofinity-X I've learned how to do things you've never done before, and that it doesn't matter what kind of task you're given - you always have the opportunity to learn new things without being judged.

One of the most important things I’ve learned at Cofinity-X is that you just need to listen. If you listen to people, they’ll tell you what the problem is – and then you can solve it.

You could say we’re just here for employment-related topics. But we’re also here to help make other people happy, get them on board and be there for them when they need us.

I work in a team with diverse nationalities—there are five different nationalities in our team, and we are communicating with each other every day.

I wish to take on different challenges in the future, experience new projects, and solve other issues.

The thing I enjoy most is that it’s a such cool team. We’re all working towards the same goal: to really scale up this network and bring added value to the automotive industry.

My path into the company was really interesting because it was so different from everything I had experienced before. The HR team found me on LinkedIn and wrote to me. It was like winning the lottery!
