My path into the company was really interesting because it was so different from everything I had experienced before. The HR team found me on LinkedIn and wrote to me. It was like winning the lottery!

My team is very open-minded and supportive. We face new challenges as a team, so we are constantly learning new things together.

The thing I enjoy most is that it’s a such cool team. We’re all working towards the same goal: to really scale up this network and bring added value to the automotive industry.

No two days are the same. We’re a startup with huge ambitions. We also have tons of benefits – like a countrywide train pass, a hybrid working model and the opportunity to work from almost anywhere you want. You really get a lot here.

One of the most important things I’ve learned at Cofinity-X is that you just need to listen. If you listen to people, they’ll tell you what the problem is – and then you can solve it.

You could say we’re just here for employment-related topics. But we’re also here to help make other people happy, get them on board and be there for them when they need us.

I work in a team with diverse nationalities—there are five different nationalities in our team, and we are communicating with each other every day.

I wish to take on different challenges in the future, experience new projects, and solve other issues.
