IPOINT Product Sustainability

With IPOINT Product Sustainability you can quantify, analyze and reduce the environmental impact of your products. Therefore, the software is able to calculate LCAs (Life Cycle Assessment) and PCFs (Product Carbon Footprint).

IPOINT Product Sustainability is built around Umberto, which was first published around 25 years ago. Umberto is an expert software for conducting LCAs and PCFs. Nevertheless, IPOINT Product Sustainability can be used by non-experts without having to use Umberto.

IPOINT Product Sustainability gives you the opportunity to reconcile the different roles within your organization that need to consider sustainability in their day-to-day work. On the one hand, the LCA expert(s) that prepare the LCA models which are the foundation for all calculations. On the other hand, non LCA experts who need to make quick and easy analyses and statements on sustainability issues, e.g. engineers in the design phase.
