*Tender Submission Deadline and Binding Period: The deadline for the submission of tenders is 28 September 2026, 18:00 CEST (“Tender Submission Deadline”). Tenderers shall remain bound by their tender until 26 October 2026 (“Award and Binding Period”). Afterwards, additional tender rounds will follow, allowing proposals to be submitted in later phases as well.

**Purchasing Power Index: For contractors established outside Germany, the remuneration will be recalculated based on a purchasing power index. Further details are set out in the programme’s tender documents.
