Our Mission: Adhering to Catena-X principles, we operate an open dataspace of distributed, sovereign data sources. This dataspace creates a trusted environment for all its participants to enable the development and deployment of value-generating and digital use cases, from and for its participants across the automotive value chain.
In January 2023 the Cofinity-X GmbH was founded as a joint venture of BASF, BMW Group, Henkel, Mercedes-Benz, SAP, Schaeffler, Siemens, T-Systems, Volkswagen and ZF.

From April 17th to the 21st, Cofinity-X joined the most important international platform and hot spot for industrial transformation: Hannover Messe.

What began as a vision has now become reality: the Cofinity-X platform and marketplace are live! On October 16, 2023, Cofinity-X successfully completed the Beta-Phase in collaboration with many data users and data, app and service providers.
